This wind staff is a tool added by the Better Dungeons mod. When you right-click, it will spawn a tornado which will pull in nearby entities and do 1 damage every second. If you hold shift and right-click then attack a mob, it may spawn lightning and damage the mob badly. The amount of tornado damage will depend on how far away you are from the mob. On average though, the tornado will do 7 (3.5 hearts) damage on armored and unarmored targets. If you are in trouble, you can use the wind staff to stun enemies and give you a chance to escape.
The Wind Staff can be acquired as mid-high tier loot from Better Dungeon chests and mobs.
Crafting
The Wind Staff is craftable by using 1 staff and 1 wind essence. It can also be found in mid and high tier dungeon chests.
