Hi Rikann-Z. I'm Wendy, a member of Wikia's community support team. We've received two requests to adopt this wiki, from User:Kalbintion and User:Amphioxus and I was looking into the situation a little bit.
It looks like both you and User:JeterNYY are only able to be on the wiki occasionally right now. Have you guys considered appointing some admins (sysops) to help you with day to day maintenance? Things like deleting bad articles, blocking spammers and trolls, etc. are all best handled on a daily or at least very regular basis, and when done properly really contribute to the growth of the wiki.
Kalbintion has started a Forum:Wiki_Adoption about the issue. Perhaps you could discuss it with him and Amphioxus, or any other users you feel might make suitable admins for the wiki? Or feel free to leave a message for me with any thoughts or concerns you might have.
Hello there, can you help out with the Harken Scyth mod page and taking all the info from the official page to the appropriate pages? Seems like there's quite a bit of confusion over many things, like spectral dyes, ectoplasm (STILL have no idea how to use the item, IF there's a use), and more.
Here's the link straight from the mod's page, but some of the images are broken and I don't think I'll have time today to sort through the information. Thanks!
Also... we need a separate page for the ectoplasm item [although I'm still curious about it's purpose] as well as spectral dye, at the least =D
Do you know the best way to extract the textures of items out of the mod pack? I was wondering because some of the crafting recipies still do not have the grid .png. If you could give me some tips, that would be great. Thank you :)
I did try this, but I couldnt find some of them. It really is a shame that not all the mod writers do not better document their mods. But I did find a system that works for me. I take a screen shot of the intem in my invintory and crop it out and resize. Most of the time it turns out nicely if you have your GUI scale set to "Auto." Thanks for the tip though!
Hai i see you are doing a great amount of editing on the wiki and we appreciate it ^^. However, i have noticed that you've been adding fake categories to articles, which i imagine would be merely to get wiki points so you have the most editing point. Let me make it clear that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated. This is a warning. If you continue this kind of behavior, you will eventually be punished with a temporary block. If you want to get more editing points, please actually help out the wiki by making real edits. Thank you
